Interdisciplinarity and improving teaching practices
- The activities carried out by both teachers and pupils are in line with European priorities in the fields of education and vocational training.
- Our partnership enables our vocational training colleges to open up to internationalisation and employability by opening up our establishments to a European network.
- Our partnership enables all parties to meet the needs of the cooperative partnership by carrying out implementation and promotion activities in a hybrid way (virtual activities and physical activities) from November 2021 in order to achieve the objectives, produce final results and improve the quality of teaching.
Project objectives
Cooperation partnership for innovation: The project includes activities aimed at
- Stimulating innovation: jointly developing and implementing new teaching and learning methods; developing activities with businesses; developing and testing solutions to pressing social demands; addressing societal challenges or challenges related to changes in attitudes and values, strategies and policies, organisational structures and processes, delivery systems and services; developing solutions to difficult problems through collaboration between students, teachers, businesses and charities.
- Developing initiative and entrepreneurship, skills and aptitudes.
- To develop new teaching methods and learning tools that incorporate the learning and application of transversal competences aimed at enhancing employability, creativity and new career paths; To introduce, where appropriate, a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship into a study or training programme, in order to equip students and teachers with the necessary skills, aptitudes and motivation.
- Integrate school-based learning periods and a transnational learning experience (4 mobility periods).
- Ensuring quality management by promoting relevant sectoral qualifications.
- Developing teaching methodologies for study and training programmes, adapted to the different target groups, using innovative approaches to teaching and training.
- Develop initiatives to facilitate the intergenerational transfer of professional knowledge.
- Facilitate the validation of skills and competencies acquired prior to training.
